Adrien Blaise
Working at the intersection of technology, research practice, and change, I help teams, leaders, and individuals not just adopt AI, but rethink how they operate, navigate decisions, and seize what generative AI now makes possible.
My work combines strategic framing with hands-on implementation: architecturing tailored, governance-driven systems, guiding integration, and supporting adoption in ways that align with real contexts and cultures.

Background
Start
I started my career as a junior advertising copywriter in Paris, before dedicating over a decade to music production and film scoring. These experiences laid the foundations for understanding audiences, narrative creation, and professional production.
Market Research & Storytelling
I then moved into market research, where I pioneered storytelling-driven formats for the restitution and diffusion of results: from ethnographic films to interactive, immersive presentations that combine narrative flow, audiovisual richness, direct embodiment and story-telling of brand and consumer realities. With over 150 pieces produced, this approach stands out for its ability to connect insights and audience, blending creative craft with an insider’s understanding of the research process.
Digital Platforms
Then I began designing and implementing collaborative digital platforms tailored to the research profession. These included vertical solutions for qualitative data collection and analysis, workflow integration, and team coordination, systems built from within the logic of the profession itself, not grafted from generic tech products.
Entrepreneurship
I'm a founding partner of h2\ and the founder of UBYX, a structure dedicated to designing and operating collaborative digital platforms. UBYX has built and managed systems across sectors, including full-cycle workflows for TV/media production and investment banking operations.
AI Integration
Since the transformative arrival of generative AI in 2022, I've placed AI integration at the center of my work, taking on a leading role at h2\, now positioned as an augmented marketing intelligence agency, where my focus is on bridging advanced AI capabilities with deep market research expertise. This trajectory grounds how I approach AI today, as a lever for rethinking how expertise, systems, and decision-making interconnect.
Activity
I help research professionals – from independent consultants to institutional leaders – make generative AI a meaningful part of their work. My support spans two essential levels: first, by guiding strategic orientation, helping clarify what AI means in their context; and second, by delivering robust, embedded systems that align with professional workflows and goals.
Who I Work With:
Leaders, teams, and consultants in market research, insights, and marketing intelligence.
Organizations and individuals seeking thoughtful, practice-aligned AI integration, not generic or off-the-shelf solutions.
How I Work:
Strategic Orientation & Advisory:
I support clients in understanding where they stand, how AI could reshape their ways of working, and how to move from optimisation to real innovation. This often includes collaborative thinking, coaching, and leadership-level dialogue before any system is designed.
Architecture:
Designing bespoke, robust foundations for AI integration, aligned with your objectives, data strategies, governance, and professional realities. This can range from private environments built on enterprise cloud platforms to fully local, offline setups using fine-tuned open-source models, when data sensitivity or sovereignty is key.
Orchestration:
Coordinating the effective integration of AI components into research and business workflows, employing thoughtfully designed pipelines and agentic structures that match the complexity and nuance of real-world market research.
Adoption & Human Integration:
Prioritizing human judgment and professional expertise, ensuring teams embrace AI solutions as enhancements rather than replacements.
Why It Matters:
Generative AI isn't just about doing current tasks better, it's about opening possibilities that were previously unimaginable, enhancing insight, creativity, and strategic capacity.
Here are some of the systems I’ve recently designed and implemented, each grounded in real production use and oriented toward measurable adoption:
Recent builds include:
A system for augmented semiotic and discourse analysis, centered on brand, product, and company discourse, combining structured and unstructured inputs (from communication and editorial to social) with metadata generation and category-specific language modeling to surface semantic patterns, resonance, and tensions. Initial application to the fragrance sector.
A reimagined approach to desk research, built as an agentic workflow integrated across the production cycle, supporting upstream strategic framing, in-field context enrichment, and downstream scenario planning, through both general and sector-specific research sources
A longitudinal media discourse analysis prototype combining automatic transcription, layered metadata generation (descriptive and interpretative), and agentic workflows to track and interpret evolving narratives across recurring content streams (e.g. daily radio shows)
A private, governance-driven assistant-first environment designed for collaborative work with AI, enabling shared memory, contextual data layering, and multi-user interaction through dedicated channels and task-specific assistants
A full-cycle implementation within a market research team, from initial strategic framing through system design to hands-on onboarding and adoption, demonstrating a proven approach to user enablement and change integration

Vision
“Human at the Heart of the Loop”
My AI philosophy centers human judgment and intention; not merely "human in the loop," (HITL) but placing human expertise and judgement at the heart of every AI workflow, ensuring that technology enhances and augments professional practice rather than replacing it.
From Inside the craft
Effective AI solutions in marketing intelligence must come from within, informed by intimate understanding of professional contexts, audiences, stakes and processes, not external technology-first approaches.
The Innovation Imperative
While optimization is beneficial, true potential and value lies in the innovation imperative, leveraging AI not just to improve, but to fundamentally reimagine what market research and business teams can accomplish.
Deep and mastered integration
Rather than settling for superficial AI implementations—generic tools, DIY stacks, or generic providers—I focus on professionally designed and strategically embedded architectures that ensure depth, control, and a true fit with the realities of marketing intelligence and business in general.
Architecture and orchestration
Purposeful architecture sets strong foundations—including robust data governance and security—while orchestration ensures practical, coordinated integration of AI tools and processes. This bridges high-level vision with tangible, trusted, and compliant applications.
